TreeDots is Asia's first wholesale distributor of surplus and imperfect food supplies in Southeast Asia. Our mission is to tackle the colossal issue of food loss (edible food that is discarded) by leveraging on technology to better match supply and demand, and streamline transactions. Odello by eAI Lab is the AI order desk we built inside TreeDots and now sell to other distributors. We started using it ourselves in 2022, opened it to outside customers in beta in 2024, and launched it commercially in 2026. It takes orders the way customers already send them — WhatsApp, email and PO PDFs — reads each one, answers product and price questions, and turns it into a confirmed sales order in your existing ERP with no manual keying. It checks stock and credit as orders come in and follows through to delivery and payment, escalating only exceptions to a person.
