Its my job to help you find more clarity about what ignites your passion, teach you how to trust yourself and your inner voice more fully, and hold that belief for you when your mind gets hijacked by your fears. Moving Forward Life Coaching was born from my own dream of helping women tap into their strengths and activate their true potential. Im a former social worker with a BA in Psychology from Lake Erie College, and Im a Certified Life Coach.
