Hello! Im Life and Inspiration Coach Tracy Baranauskas, and Im the founder of Moving Forward Life Coaching. I work with thoughtful women, like you, who are ready to finally trust themselves and live out their true dreams. The only problem is, moving forward towards your dreams can bring up a lot of fear. If youre like most of the compassionate women I work with who think and feel deeply, you have a hunch that life can be more fulfilling. So many women set seemingly admirable goals based on what they think they are supposed to do to feel happy and alive, yet once they reach those goals feel disillusioned, drained, and stuck. Its my job to help you find more clarity about what ignites your passion, teach you how to trust yourself and your inner voice more fully, and hold that belief for you when your mind gets hijacked by your fears. I help you give yourself the permission to go after what you want in life and develop the confidence and courage to do it! In short, my job is to get you moving forward towards realizing your dreams. Moving Forward Life Coaching was born from my own dream of helping women tap into their strengths and activate their true potential. Im a former social worker with a BA in Psychology from Lake Erie College, and Im a Certified Life Coach. No matter the position, I have always found joy in helping my clients discover and embrace their unique gifts and talents. So when I lost my job unexpectedly in 2014, life coaching seemed like a natural fit and Moving Forward the perfect name for my coaching business! I am living out my dream in a way that lights me up, and I want the same for you!
