I know what it's like to feel the crushing weight of losing loved ones, and the agony of being falsely accused of a crime that carried a lengthy jail sentence. But through it all, I refused to be defeated. With unyielding determination, I channeled my pain into becoming a certified transformational coach, using my experiences to help others navigate their own struggles and emerge stronger on the other side. My journey is a testament to the power of the human spirit to rise above even the most devastating of circumstances. My world shattered when I was diagnosed with PTSD and handed a prescription for medication. I couldn't shake the feeling that there had to be a better way to heal. And so, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery, turning inward to find solace through meditation and self-reflection. With grit and determination, I transformed my life and emerged from the darkness a stronger, more resilient person. My journey serves as a testament to the power of the human spirit to overcome even the greatest of obstacles.
