Since November 2009 Metro Trains Melbourne has been the operator of Melbourne’s growing suburban railway. Currently running more than 15,000 services a week across 16 lines, Metro is committed to creating one of the best engineered railways in the world. V/Line is connecting our communities. We are Australia’s largest regional public transport operator and customers take more than 17 million trips on V/Line train and coach services each year.
