Jimmy has completed over 40 deals in both commercial and government sectors, with a combined transaction value of approximately $2 billion, and is well-versed in all aspects of the M&A lifecycle including market research, valuation, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning. Jimmy started TransactionView to leverage his extensive hands-on deal experience and expertise to help companies successfully execute their acquisition and corporate development initiatives.
