Supplying Rail Loading & Shunting Equipment since 1963 Trainload have been designing, installing and commissioning Rail loading, Rail unloading, Rail wagon winch systems and Shunters to clients worldwide since 1963. Our Rail loading and unloading systems are designed for loading and unloading of products from rail wagons. We also specialise in loading and unloading of Bitumen (Asphalt) Our Rail winching systems are designed to move rail wagons, rail cars, to assist with positioning rail wagons and rail cars. This makes the operation a one man operation to assist with loading or unloading the wagons. We supply two types of systems to move the rail wagons or cars, these being a Buffer Wagon System or a Trolley (Mule) system. Different track layouts can be accommodated, including with switches (Crossings/Turnouts). Our shunting systems are robust and can replace old Shunters, that are too costly to keep maintaining, and are a fraction of the cost of a new Shunter. We can supply Rail only machines, Road/Rail machines, and Robot type machines. These can all be operated either with a driver or by remote control.
