TrailCross is a new and exciting event that brings you back to the most primitive form of competition, survival of the fittest. This unique event series is a hybrid of traditional trail racing, and the Ski Cross race format. Racers advance solely based on where they finish in their heat. Run well and you will advance. The race is designed to test both the physical and mental toughness of its athletes as they are chased and/or being chased down by their competitors as they complete the course. The courses are short in nature, ranging from 1-2 km in distance, but will be grueling. The trails will combine technical ascents and descents requiring focus, adaptability and pure drive to lead the pack up/down the hill.
