Operating from headquarters is in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, the company serves customers all over the UK and Ireland. Our staff have many years of hands-on practical and technical experience in all sectors of plastics processing and are focused on helping customers solve their manufacturing problems and realise their goals. In addition to our own resources we are integrated with the design and technical departments of our OEM partners. Trace PT Limited operates through three divisions linked to global OEM partners: APEX ROBOT SYSTEMS UK Apex Robot Systems is a truly global developer and supplier of robotic systems and has been operating in the UK and Ireland since 1989. The range encompasses all kinds of robots, from simple sprue pickers to sophisticated multi-axis beam robots. All Apex robots feature intuitive, logical and ‘fully loaded’ control systems i.e. they are fully capable and do not have additional programming software options requiring extra expenditure. BABYPLAST UK For over 30 years Babyplast has been the world’s innovator of micro moulding bench top and vertical machines and secondary multi shot/two shot injection moulding systems supplying machines all over the world giving high technology production whilst only occupying less than 1m2 of bench or floor space. Babyplast machines are capable of producing parts as small as 0.01 gramme up to 25 grammes (using the augmented version of the Vertical and multi shot variants).
