In 1931, Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington, founded Brookgreen Gardens, a non-profit 501(c) (3) garden museum, to preserve the native plants and wildlife and display objects of art within that natural setting. Dye, Prestwick was carved from a Lowcountry terrain that features dense pine and hardwood forests, and pristine wetlands, creeks and lakes. A par 72, it is 7,086 yards from the championship tees.
