Signature Golf Group is a golf business management and services firm that provides construction/design, operational, marketing, and financial management services to golf courses throughout the southeastern United States. The company also provides consulting services that focus on how to obtain local financing for a golf course project, as well the evaluation of golf courses for potential sale or purchase. Dedicated to providing the best possible service to both its clients and their customers, Signature understands that the success of a golf course is directly connected to the caliber of its management team. Signature Golf Group was created in 2004 through the merger of TSC Golf, Inc. of Surfside Beach, South Carolina, and Blythe Golf Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company's partners and personnel have more than 30 years of combined experience in the golf industry. They include former PGA President Gary Schaal; Skip Blythe, a golf course developer and manager; and PGA professional and golf course management expert Steve Taylor. The partners' course design and construction services have teamed them with some of the biggest names in golf including Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus and John Daly. Current clients in the greater Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area, include: Wicked Stick Golf Links, Rivers Edge Golf Club, Indigo Creek Golf Club, Diamond Back Golf Club, Tradition Golf Club, Prestwick Country Club, Lockwood Folly Country Club, Brunswick Plantation, as well as Timberlake Golf Club in the Columbia, S.C. area, and The Palisades Country Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. Signature Golf Group plays an active role in the community. Throughout the year, many of its courses host tournaments throughout Horry, Georgetown and Brunswick Counties.
