Town & Country Acceptance Corporation (TCAC) is a family owned business that dates back to 1977. We are a "small" business that takes great pride in "big" service and our relationship with you. If you need us, contact us. We are here for you. We also take great pride in the relationship we have with our employees. Many of them have worked for payday loan companies in the past and they have a great deal of experience in the debt management field with over 60 years of combined in-house experience. They know what they're doing and can help. They have been doing it for a long time and for many customers. The person on the other end of that phone cares about you and whatever problem you are having. And the best part...the odds are that that same person will be available to speak with you if you need them in the future. Our employees stay with us so that you continue to receive the same level of service you are accustomed to. We are located in a suburb of beautiful Birmingham, Alabama. After over thirty years in Vestavia Hills, we recently moved our office to Chelsea and are loving it. For those of you that do not know, Alabama is a college football state. It is starting to seem like an annual tradition that an Alabama school walks away with the National Championship, which further fuels that fire. When you live in Alabama, you must declare...Alabama or Auburn? Roll tide or War Eagle? The office currently leans towards the Tide, but we have a few Auburn fans that have yet to convert.
