We are a not-for-profit company, set up in 2008 to deliver high quality housing services for residents living in 21,000 homes in East London, including 9,000 leasehold homes and 12,000 tenanted homes. We deliver our services for Tower Hamlets council, who own the homes whilst we manage the tenancies and leases for them. We are more than just a housing management company. Our vision is to create thriving, safe, and sustainable neighbourhoods where residents can be proud of their homes, respect one another and realise their potential.
