Genesis is one of the largest, and a leading, UK housing association, We own or manage around 33,000 homes across London and the East of England - which means that at any one time there are approximately 100,000 people living in a Genesis home. As a social housing provider, we know there are big changes that housing associations have to make to the way they have operated traditionally; to make sure we are still around to be able to provide and improve on homes and services we offer to our residents and customers.
