The result is a professional and enjoy environment, in which the rational intelligence work to ensure the effectiveness of the processes and the emotional adds value, making internal widespread satisfaction with the obvious and tangible resonances on performance. The three business divisions operate in synergy with the goal of providing the highest quality with a focus on value for money : # the CED, in addition to complete the processing of statistical data with the support of the most popular software on the market, is engaged in research activities with the Department of Informatics of the University of Calabria in simulation projects with the aid of statistical systems of parallel computing, neural networks and genetic algorithms; # the Field of 80 CATI stations is dedicated to the administration of statistical questionnaires; # division of SW development, in addition to collaboration on the simulation project, has developed a software for DSS in market research. In 2004, Ti&si chose to certify the quality of own processes, according to the standard EN ISO 9001, perfected a system for the management of human resources with a focus on social accountability. The Ti&Si (2005) was the first company and alone contact center in Italy to achieve and maintain the social accountability certification (standard SA8000:2008). The result is a holistic high quality service at low cost.
