Monitor Team was founded in Italy in 1996 with the mission to provide full market research and fieldwork services to companies and international agencies in the pharmaceutical, healthcare and wellbeing sectors. Monitor Team was born thanks to the collaboration of professionals from the pharmaceutical industry and from market research agencies specialised in healthcare. Combining expertise acquired at both client and agency environments, we have established a business very focused on the needs of our clients, delivering results with know-how, flexibility and passion. We distinguish ourselves by the in-depth knowledge of the Italian pharmaceutical market and wide awareness of the country's complex healthcare policies and government funding. We think that working with patients, as well as with physicians, is very important in order to establish a full, 360 degree picture and over the years we have developed a recognised track-record in patient work. We conduct all projects in accordance with the ICC/ESOMAR International code.
