TipSure is a client experience maximizer. We provide curated guidance for tipping (gratuities) around the world and a communication bridge to send feedback (positive and negative) to businesses and destinations. We help PEOPLE talk to PEOPLE. What happens with feedback submitted? For locations using our Fast Feedback service, one or more of their staff receives the feedback immediately. For others, we batch the feedback and send it to them directly or through social media. Can feedback or tipping suggestions be submitted anonymously? Yes. But, it is helpful to provide your email in case more information is needed or the business wants to discuss your concern. Plus, you'll updates based on your suggestions. Either way, it's your choice. How are tipping suggestions curated? We talk to a lot of people! And we go places. We chat with service staff, travellers, business owners, and other experts around the globe for accuracy. Why did we start TipSure ? As people who have worked in service industries, plus traveled and lived around the world, we understand how confusing it is to know who/when/what to tip. We also know how frustrating it is to get your feedback heard or reach the right people for action. We're working on behalf of clients and service providers to ensure great service experiences. Which is the proper spelling traveler/traveller, traveled/travelled? Both! Two Ls is considered proper in the USA and Canada, and one L in Britain and Commonwealth countries. Although we are USA based, our audience is worldwide so we use one. Plus, that's one less letter to type, making life on small keyboards easier. Shhh, don't tell our grade school English teacher.
