Tin Lizzie Wineworks has start-of-the-art professional winemaking equipment generally not available to the home winemaker. David Zuchero, Head Winemaker David has been making wine for over 40 years. He is a microbiologist by training and is a graduate of the UCDavis Winemaking Certification program and a member of the American Society for Enology and Viticulture. He teaches a winemaking course at Howard County Community College.
