Timber Tools is a ownered operated business which has been growing for 40 years. We originated from saw and cutter sharpening and have slowly grown into more specialised areas. We employ around 8 people at our Bayswater Factory. Over the past 40 years we have been concentrating on developing our manufacturing of special saws and profile cutters for all types of Wood Working Machinery. These include Serrated and Plain Knife Moulder Heads, Tapered Heads for Picket Machines, Hydro Sleeves, Serrated Bar and Profile Heads to customer requirements e.g. Tongue & Groove, Finger Joint, Reeded Decking etc. With the introduction of CNC equipment we also manufacture Spiral Router Cutters, Profiled Overhead Router Cutters and Spindle Moulder Profile Cutters. We can also provide a complete sharpening service - boasting an almost 24hr turnaround. We cater to a wide variety of customers from the Home Handyman to some of the largest and most respected Furniture and Timber Millers in the country.
