Why does ticketLiNK charge fees for an exchanged/refunded tickets? Like any business, we have to charge for the services we provide. ticketLiNK receives only the Booking Fee component of any ticket price. In the case of Exchanges / Refunds this Booking Fee, and a Refund Fee, must be charged to recover costs. Why does ticketLiNK require personal details such as an address and phone number when I buy a ticket? This information, although not compulsory, can be helpful for a number of reasons: If your tickets are stolen/lost we are able to trace them to you If an error occurs that we were unaware of at the time of sale we can correct it If we need to change your seating, we can contact you before the performance, ensuring a hassle-free event for all.
