Thrive Home Builders is a locally owned, Denver-based homebuilder creating thoughtfully designed homes that combine energy efficiency, healthier indoor air and everyday comfort. Since 1992, we’ve helped advance high-performance homebuilding—with a focus on making better homes accessible to more buyers. Our all-electric, solar-powered homes bring together efficient construction, modern technology and livable design. From insulation and air sealing to heating, cooling and ventilation, we consider how the whole home works together to support comfort, reduce energy use and deliver lasting value. We build single-family homes and townhomes along Colorado’s Front Range, including Loretto Heights in Denver and Lyric at RidgeGate in Lone Tree. Our experience spans affordable homeownership, first homes, move-up homes and luxury residences, reflecting our belief that quality and performance matter at every price point. Thrive’s work has earned national recognition, including multiple U.S. Department of Energy Housing Innovation Awards and Professional Builder’s Builder of the Year honor. Those achievements reflect a longstanding commitment to improving how homes are designed and built—and what homeowners can expect from them. Founded by Gene Myers as Greentree Homes, our company later became New Town Builders before adopting the Thrive name in 2015. That name expresses the purpose behind our work: helping people live well in homes and communities designed for their future.
