STUDIO PBA is a Denver-based architecture and planning firm established in 1977. We specialize in the design of multi-family housing, and have designed tens of thousands of multi-family dwelling units across the country in 13 states. STUDIO PBA enjoys a national reputation for excellence in designing successful multifamily communities. Our experience includes high-density urban infill projects, transit oriented developments (TOD’s), high rise mixed use developments, high-density affordable and work-force housing developments, adaptive re-use projects, and low rise suburban projects. We have detailed projects with many construction types, including concrete frame and post-tensioned concrete slab, steel frame, and wood-frame Type V and Type III construction. We have the proven ability to create solutions that demonstrate and document compliance with all applicable building and zoning codes, fire and life safety codes, and all local, state and national accessibility codes, while at the same time producing exciting unit designs that recognize and celebrate the way people want to live and interrelate in their homes.
