He was elected onto Agricultural student boards in two consecutive years and achieved an ambitious record of €2, 850 sponsorship, from three agricultural companies. With a passion for both food and business, Thomas was part of the team that represented UCD and was successful in winning the National University Great Agri-Food Debate in 2018 and 2020.)
