Third Quarter Technologies was established in 2002 as a product development company, with a primary focus on providing software solutions which would improve the operational and strategic difficulties experienced in certain niche business areas. Q3 soon identified the need to provide top caliber IT professionals on internal projects and to our clients, which resulted in the Q3 Resourcing division being formed. Due to our experience in delivering products and projects, we believe that we understand the resourcing requirements from a unique perspective. It is our view that, in order to best serve clients and candidates'​ needs alike, a flexible approach is key and we will continually strive to find solutions suitable to all parties.
