We specialise in supporting athletes through career transition and dual-careering. We are experts dedicated to providing career advice, guidance and opportunity to the community of elite level athletes, and we believe, that elite athletes can be the difference that makes the difference, to organisations across a variety of industry sectors. At The-Transition-Phase we want to change the mind-set that leaving sport behind is a failure. We want athletes to have a support function that is dedicated to helping them understand and fulfil long term professional careers, that can be just as challenging, just as successful and just as rewarding away from sport. We use the journey of others, their experience and cross industry knowledge, to help educate athletes, current and past. To help individuals fully utilise their transferable behaviours and competencies obtained through elite sport, alongside a strong educational background, to offer a true form of value that businesses can nurture to develop future industry leaders.
