The Stackpole Inn Information

Gary and Becky would like to welcome you to the award winning Stackpole Inn; with a restaurant and rooms within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and a short walk to the beautiful Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. When visiting The Stackpole Inn you can explore the Stackpole Estate, The Lily Ponds of Bosherston and the amazing Barafundle Bay and Broadhaven beach. The four fabulous, high quality king size en-suite rooms are on two levels, two downstairs and two upstairs. Two of these rooms (both downstair rooms) also have double pull out sofa beds, making them ideal family rooms for up to four persons. The two upstairs rooms can be converted into twin rooms (upon request). Breakfast is served in the restaurant with various options that can include full Welsh breakfast or smoked salmon, scrambled eggs using fresh farm eggs, fresh fruit and cereal and home made marmalade. The chefs will cater for all special diets. The Stackpole Inn is a place to enjoy lunch and evening meals, catering for any taste and dining experience, from an informal light lunch in our bar area with dogs to a celebratory meal in our restaurant with friends and family. A menu featuring freshly prepared cuisine focused on the sea has built a strong reputation in the area and beyond. The ever-changing seasons along the coastlines of the UK provide a wealth of variety for chefs to exploit. While some fish, like haddock and hake, are available all year round, most seafood numbers fluctuate over the year and even year long sources have their high and low seasons. Seasonality means that the specials board can be kept fresh and interesting, as there will always be something new to bring to the table.
