The Rover-Landers Information

The Rover-Landers of British ColumbiaIncorporated is a registered non-profit society for Land Rover owners and enthusiasts in and around British Columbia. The "Club" was originally, yet unofficially, cobbled together in November 1984 by keen Land Rover owners who wanted more than just a Land Rover, but a group of people with which they could share their common interest. Although the club had a period of inactivity through the early 1990's, it is still here for the same reason, to bring people of this common interest together to share information regarding the maintenance, restoration, use and preservation of all Land Rover products. The Rover-Landers of British Columbia have been incorporated under the Societies Act of British Columbia since December 16th, 1998 and continue to have a quality newsletter which is published 2 - 4 times per year and includes technical articles, club information, events details and various interest Land Rover articles from around BC. he club executive and keen members organize an event either off road or on virtually every month of the year, including the annual favourite, Founders Day, an indoor truck show and shine, held in conjunction with the AGM every January. Monthly meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of every month, with various venues/activities during the summer, and over dinner at Rickies Restaurant, Surrey, over the winter months. The Rover-Landers of British Columbia practice and promote the responsible use of our natural resources.
