The Route – City Wealth Club (The Route) is based in the City of London, The Route offer bespoke wealth management solutions with its focus being to make your money work for you. We do this by offering, as well as pensions, investments and mortgages, more tailored options via The Private Debt Platform and The Buy to Let Property Portfolio Service. The Route – City wealth club organises the services it provides to its Members into four distinct specialist areas with related but distinct products, services markets and opportunities. The strategy is to consolidate the four sub-divisions of The Route into a well- balanced offering of high quality customer service, well- received products and its own lines of speciality products and services to complement each division’s efforts. The sub divisions are: • The Route – Future (investment, estate and insurance solutions) • The Route – Property (property lending advice and investment opportunities) • The Route – Income (sophisticated planning for all personal taxes) • The Route – Finance (private debt & equity investment opportunities). Access to each area is facilitated and complemented by The Route – Membership.
