The Relationshift® Information

The Relationshift® is a 21 Day online program for couples. We live in a time where we pay a lot of attention to a healthy lifestyle. We cautiously select our food and work out in the gym but are not very aware of the affects of our relationship on our health. According to the latest Harvard study, the most important happiness choice is to invest in your closest relationship. The Relationshift® is created by Andrea Davina and Roel Elshout. In the beginning of their relationship, they decided to have an annual “evaluation” of their time together. A moment to reflect on the previous year and make sure that they were still on the same page. While doing this for several years, they realized that this was such a powerful ritual but that they could use a little guidance in how to make this an even more meaningful event. This is when the idea for The Relationshift® was born: a practical 21 Day online program for couples with a positive focus on their relationship under the guidance of experts. The program focuses on the themes communication, intimacy, mindfulness and core values. All designed carefully by experts with backgrounds in (neuro)psychology, mindfulness and relationships but also sports and art.
