We are determined and dedicated to give the talent of tomorrow the help, advice and encourgement it needs to break into radio. We offer hints, tips and advice for presenters, producers, journalists as well as help & advice about creating a demo, what to do with your demo, being creative with radio, standing out in todays radio market and general tips for anyone who wishes to be in radio for a profession. Industry figureheads and seasoned radio professionals can be found on the Pips offering help and advice. Greg James, Scott Mills, Annie Mac from BBC Radio 1 are on the Pips. Tim Westwood, Steve Lamacq, Dave Gorman, Geoff Lloyd, Adam Catterall, David Garrido, Colin Murray can all be found, amongst many others telling their stories about how they broke into radio and their advice for those who wish to follow. We critique and offer honest constructive feedback on demos. This is a service that is FREE of charge. The Pips has also travelled all over the UK attending radio training days teaching and coaching people about "What makes a good demo" and "being creative and standing out in radio today". And the Pips also allows people to showcase their abilities with a profile on the Pips as well as notifying people via Twitter and Facebook about the lateast jobs and good opportunities for those who wish to break into radio.
