The the Pipeline Project, is a recruitment, retention, and leadership advancement effort with the stated goal of producing programs and engaging in activities that together will represent a long-term effort to increase the number of people of color working within the nation’s LGBT rights, service and advocacy sector and ultimately increase the level of diversity in the leadership of our movement. As of January 2009, primary operations of the Pipeline Project are being funded by the Arcus Foundation, the Haas, Jr. Fund, the Gill Foundation, the H. van Ameringen Foundation, and participating LGBT organizations.
