Path Forward.ORG Information

Path Forward is a nonprofit organization with the mission to get people back to work after they’ve taken time off to care for a child, parent or spouse. Path Forward works with companies to create midcareer internship opportunities that provide an on ramp back to the paid workforce. We believe there is a real opportunity to help companies tap into a talent pool that often goes overlooked, to reduce the bias people face when they've taken time to focus on caregiving and to increase women’s participation in the paid workforce.
