The Outward Bound Trust is an educational charity that uses outdoor experiences and challenges to develop young people and equip them with skills for education, work and life. Founded in 1941, we now have six residential centres in the UK. We work with young people aged 9-24 through: • Education: students attending through their school, college or youth group • Early careers: apprentices and graduates attending through their employer or college • Summer adventures: young people attending independently How you can partner with Outward Bound: Learning and development – we are the behavioural development training provider of choice for many of the UK’s top apprentice and graduate employers as they recognise that our approach accelerates early careers' learning and delivers measurable business results.
