The Network Generation is a hub that connects innovators with the proper tools to successfully launch their projects around the world. Our mission is to stimulate social and economic growth in developing regions through people and the power of network. Our core team is composed of individuals with backgrounds and experience in business, economics, and the social aspects of West Africa and underserved American areas. Though it seems difficult to discover opportunity in these locations, opportunity and possibility are abundant. The Network Generation focuses on unearthing these opportunities, constructing a solution, building a team to implement and manage the solution, and then implementing. Our company takes on both internally and externally generated projects. An internal project is a project derived via our core team. A market failure is noted and studied for our team to work to generate a solution. This solution is then initiated and managed by our core team over the short term. A select group of individuals is assembled and prepared to manage the progress of the solution over the long term. A project that is externally generated is typically presented to our core team by an outside individual or company. Usually, external projects are struggling or looking to expand in one of our target areas. This branch of TNG is supplementary in these situations and is utilized in a consultancy or networking role. Many times, individuals have ideas, projects, or businesses with goals to improve a market. Like any business, the resources and skills needed to execute effectively and efficiently are not always readily available, including access to in region connections and partnerships. In these cases, working with TNG's external project branch delivers the extra push & support system to get back on track or accomplish the goal. We connect individuals with the resources they need most, because we believe that when we work together we can grow together.
