The Narrative Method (TNM) is a California-based nonprofit organization and movement that addresses the epidemic of loneliness by building real connections in a disconnected world through proven, evidence-based methodology, rooted in its 12 Core Concepts. TNM was founded in 2012 by award-winning marriage and family psychotherapist Shari Foos. Its mission is to bring together individuals from all races, socio-economic backgrounds, and lived experiences in safe spaces where they can use their stories, creativity, and humanity to gain insight into themselves and connect more deeply with others.
