Gina Airey Consulting, Inc. partners with social impact leaders to realize their visions and achieve greater social change. Since 2003, Gina Airey Consulting (GAC) has been facilitating high-quality, results-driven planning in partnership with social impact leaders who are committed to advancing policies, systems, and programs that are just, equitable, and sustainable. All of our planning processes explicitly include, directly integrate, or work alongside racial equity efforts, exemplifying our perspective that internal alignment is necessary for vital external impact. Driven by our passion for children, families, and communities, our clients include leaders of nonprofits, philanthropy, government, universities, social enterprises, and public-private/multi-sector collaboratives. Aspirational leaders come to us with a desire to grow – in scale, impact, sustainability, or all three. We call our approach “Strategic Planning & Strategic Doing” because we believe that strategic plans have the highest chance of success when both the organization and the plan are “implementation ready”. As such, we guide clients through a clear and efficient process tailored to their unique needs and designed to prepare them for “Strategic Doing”. At Gina Airey Consulting, we take a participatory approach to planning and act as facilitative consultants who serve as partners in answering our clients’ compelling strategic questions. Because sustainable solutions must ultimately be owned within organizations and implemented by inspired internal champions, we make a “PACT” with our clients to design customized processes that are Participatory, Appreciative, Catalytic, and Transformative.
