The Manager Hub Information

The Manager Hub helps organisations develop managers who take more ownership for the performance of their people. We typically work with HR and Learning & Development leaders to solve the management capability problems that show up every day - difficult conversations being avoided, performance issues left too long, managers fixing rather than coaching, unclear accountability and in some cases, too much reliance on HR. Our approach is practical and no-fluff. We give managers tools and approaches they can use immediately in the real situations they face at work. That might mean a focused 90-minute session, a series of workshops, a longer management development programme, work with an intact management team or targeted individual development. For longer programmes, development is iterative - managers learn, practise, apply, review and embed new skills and habits over time. The format depends on the problem we're trying to solve. Everything we do is designed around the simple principle that management development should change what managers do, not just what they know.
