The Learning Curve is a regional charity which changes lives of disadvantaged people through providing accessible learning and guidance. As a result of our work, individuals are more able to achieve their goals in work and life and support themselves economically. Our secondary purpose is an enabler for the voluntary sector, helping other charities to achieve the same purpose through providing organisational development opportunities, creating a "multiplier" effect. The Learning Curve has established a reputation as a centre of excellence in supporting the learning & development requirements of individuals and organisations within the voluntary & community sector and wider communities. The Learning Curve offers a wealth of experience in delivering high quality training within Swindon, Wiltshire and across the whole of the South West and South East regions.
