The Iris Project partners with young environmental leaders to scale their impact and drive global change. Through our annual Iris Prize, we support and amplify youth-led initiatives tackling the planet’s most urgent challenges - from protecting biodiversity to reducing waste and regenerating ecosystems. Beyond funding, we foster a global network where young changemakers connect, share knowledge, and strengthen their efforts through mentorship, advocacy and peer-to-peer collaboration. At the heart of The Iris Project is our youth-led advisory panel, made up of past prize winners and young leaders who guide our approach, mentor new grantees, and build a thriving community of environmental innovators. In partnership with Global Fund for Children UK Trust, we are building a movement that recognises young people as critical drivers of environmental action - because investing in their ideas today means shaping a more sustainable future for all.
