We are a small boutique education consultancy. We support teachers, schools and Executive Teams and Principles to hone their skills and philosophy to create learning environments which are optimal for teachers AND students. We have a gentle approach to our work to support teachers and do this through staff development (whole school), online and face-to-face coaching, peer coaching workshops and support and through our significant free resources, we provide on our website and YouTube. We specialise in engagement, behaviour change and practical resources. All our work is provided by educators with extensive experience in the classroom.
