The Foresight Project (TFP) empowers youth in under-resourced communities in New York City by acknowledging and championing their abilities and talents to achieve personal and academic success. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, TFP mentors high school students and supports their paths to and through college and career development. The organization continuously seeks to leverage community engagement and partnerships with local mentors and organizations to ensure underprivileged youth are aware of available opportunities and resources to realize their full potential. As of 2019, TFP has partnered with Regis High School's REACH program to implement a pilot mentoring program for alumni of the REACH program during their senior year of high school, with the purpose of supporting their paths to and through college. The REACH program is a free educational and leadership enrichment program that prepares middle-school aged boys to earn scholarships to Regis, as well as other top high schools in New York City. REACH serves students whose families demonstrate significant financial need. Through this partnership, TFP helps the REACH program ensure its alumni receive continued guidance and support as they pursue academic, personal, and professional success.
