The Forecaster Information

The Forecaster is a regional newspaper in southern Maine. It is published weekly and distributed for free. It publishes various issues, including a Portland paper, "Northern Forecaster," which covers the towns immediately north of Portland like Falmouth and Cumberland, the "Southern Forecaster," which covers South Portland, Cape Elizabeth and other communities immediately south of Portland and a "Mid-Coast" edition which covers towns including Topsham, Harpswell and Bath. It is owned by the Sun Media Group. The Forecaster also provides its advertisers with digital agency services, providing social media, email, search engine, website, blogging, video, mobile, and reputation management services to help local businesses build their brands online, connect with their communities on social media, and develop campaigns that resonate with an online audience.
