Our Chef, Asier Cuevas, hails from Begona neighbourhood in Bilbao, Basque Country. He has been away from home since early 90's working in London, Philadelphia, Athens, Amsterdam, Dublin and several cities in Spain. He brings a strong Mediterranean flavour in his cooking but also has influences of French-British cuisine. His skills and style to combine flavours, make our food special and tasty to enjoy. Being an Epicurean is in many ways the enjoyment of the natural and necessary appetites such as eating and drinking in this case, the easy ones to please.
