The Envelope Express Information

The Envelope Express is a full service printer, converter, and manufacturer with flat litho, standard flexo, enhanced flexo, and jet printing capabilities. We are housed in a 250,000 square foot facility and produce over 1 billion envelopes a year. We are equipped to produce custom envelopes as small as 1-3/4 x 1-3/4 through 28 x 30. Our capabilities include: peel & seal, tear tape, latex, clasp, banding, shrink wrapping, drill hole, and string & button. We are also capable of producing OECS, OSSS, & OSCS expansions. With over 40 different paper stocks in house, including Tyvek, colored wove, recycled natural kraft, bond, C1S, and matte text, we are fully equipped to meet your envelope needs. Our custom orders range from a quantity of 1,000 up through the millions with the fastest turn times in the country. As a company we have been growing for over 27 years.
