The Ebright Collaborative, LLC is a mental health practice in Wilmington, DE dedicated to providing compassionate, scientifically validated mental healthcare for individuals and families experiencing complex behavioral and emotional concerns. It is the gold standard treatment for suicide, non-suicidal self-injury, and symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder. DBT also effectively treats opioid use disorders, eating disorders, and emotion dysregulation (ie. when unwanted emotions take control of a person's behavior).
