Founded in 2013, HelpAround is a Health-Tech SaaS company backed by IQVIA and ConnectiveRx. We help pharmaceutical brands increase and accelerate patient onboarding and adherence for speciality patient journeys through mobile devices without requiring an app download. Our omnichannel Patient Journey Gateway supports existing patient services, market access, and trade activities to improve the utilization of brand resources and therapy outcomes. We connect patients to support and affordability programs across therapeutic areas, such as respiratory disease, oncology, rare inherited genetic conditions, infectious disease/HIV, nephrology, neurology and more. We also work across a range of organizations including emerging biotech, gene therapy, specialty pharmacies, and multinational pharma companies. Focusing on out-of-the-box connectivity, we built the Patient Journey Gateway to enable pharmaceutical brands to easily turn complex patient journeys into sequences of lightweight mobile interactions. The Gateway comes preloaded with libraries of templates easily configured for your unique workflows, branding, and language. As an agnostic patient-journey connector, we are committed to maintaining flexibility in supporting any vendors and platform. This approach allows patient services and brand teams to continue using their preferred vendors while elevating the patient UX/CX. We have a fully remote team that spans the globe and consists of experienced business leaders in medical devices, mobile technologies, hub services, specialty pharmacy, compliance, and global pharmaceutical brands.
