The Coffee Roastery is a premier gourmet coffee house specializing in making the best roasted coffee from pre-selected Arabica beans. Arabica coffee is the premium coffee used almost unanimously by the specialty coffee industry. Arabicas have cleaner, richer coffee flavor, require less coffee to yield the proper cup; can be consumed as straights or in blends; have less caffeine; are more labor intensive to grow, harvest and process; and are hand picked and more costly. Here at The Coffee Roastery we buy green beans and roast on site. When you roast your own coffee you create theater in your store and never have stale inventory. You will always have control over the quality and freshness of the coffee, this ensures and bring out the most desirable characteristic. The Coffee Roastery will always strive to create the ultimate cup of coffee providing a unique experience for each customer. We provide our customers an upscale, comfortable and warm atmosphere to relax and refresh. Our decor is traditional and trendy with comfortable leather chairs, original art and collectible treasures. Along with serving fresh roasted coffees. we sell fine teas, whole bean coffees, fine coffee retail and a line of kitchenware design for The Coffee Roastery by ceramic artist Gail Pittman.
