The Blair Project is a youth-led social enterprise which uses a powerful combination of motorsport and digital manufacturing to enthuse young people aged 14+ to pursue careers in science, engineering, technology and digital sectors. We are providers of vocational and technical training in digital manufacturing technologies. We work with young people in a way that recognizes and builds on their strengths and potential, and boosts their educational achievement and attainment. We help them transition into a traineeship or apprenticeship as well as further/higher education.
