The Barn offers top notch instruction led by Tom Barnard (Barney) who has 27 years of professional baseball experience with the Pittsburgh Pirates where he worked as a scout/minor league instructor. Barney also coached at Kishwaukee community college where he had 58 MLB draftees along with 60+ players moving on to play in the NCAA in his 9 year career. Barney is assisted by various former baseball players all having played at different levels. During the offseason we are privileged to have some of our Pro Ball players aid with the coaching staff. The Barn participates in a highly competitive environment geared towards exposure for our players. Our teams play in the I-94 league which is filled with some of the best travel programs in the Chicagoland area. We also compete in several tournaments set up by reputable affiliations such as The Chicago Scout Association.
