The Ascension Group Information

The Ascension Group works with top companies across the APEC region to help female talent step into leadership roles. While having women as leaders is widely linked to better organisational performance, they face multiple challenges getting to that level. With a focus on Executive Presence, our Group supports gifted, driven women to transcend these barriers for greater influence using a tailored and comprehensive approach. It combines an internal process (exploring leadership traits and behaviours for professional growth) with the external (improving image, brand and style).
